Devices with organic light-emitting diodes are widely used in the modern world. However, most of all ordinary OLED devices are based on the phenomenon of electroluminescence of the emission layer of the structure in the visible range of the spectrum. The use of IR phosphors opens up new possibilities for OLEDs: various biomedical sensors, short-wave communication devices, as well as various military applications, for example, night vision devices.
