Continuous-wave electronic paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy using spin probe technique with amphiphilic TEMPO radical was applied to determine temperature ranges of the coil to globule transition in the thermoresponsive polymers aqueous solutions. In the present work, classical thermoresponsive polymer poly-N-isopropylacrylamide(PNIPAM) and its statistical copolymer with N-tert-butylacrylamide (NTBA) and graft-copolymer with D,L-polylactide (PLA) were studied.
