The article examines the relationship between the information society and noonomy. The global threats and risks in the context of digital transformation and pandemic have been investigated. Based on the methodology of the World Economic Forum, five main groups of risks are analyzed: social, technological, economic, natural and geopolitical, which are ranked according to the level of impact on the economy and society. Depending on the time horizon and the degree of danger, global risks are divided into short-term threats, medium-term risks and long-term exports. It was revealed that at the present stage, a critical short-term threat is represented by social and technological risks caused by a pandemic; in the medium term, economic risks will intensify, and environmental problems and geopolitical challenges will aggravate in the long term. The ways of risk reduction for the acceleration of noonomy are grounded.
