Аннотация доклада:
In the present study, an electron beam in combination with gas discharges of the RF was experimentally studied for the Hybrid Plasmas generation. Plasma systems of this type are successfully used for industrial technologies of materials production and seem to be promising in aerospace applications including plasma-assisted combustion, gas-dynamic tests and others.
