Аннотация доклада:
Simple necessary and sufficient conditions for simultaneous reducibility to diagonal forms of symmetric matrices of three real quadratic forms of two variables are formulated and proved. The condition was reduced to the equality of the third-order determinant of the coefficients of quadratic forms to zero. Examples of the application of the obtained condition for the analysis of small vibrations of a mechanical system with two degrees of freedom, taking into account the friction forces, are given.
