The exponential growth in data volume and increasing computational power at decreasing cost work in tandem to promote data driven technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). The benefits and risks of AI have been the subject of great public debate. On the one hand, AI has the ability to boost productivity, transform businesses, grow the economy and enhance people’s lives. On the other hand, AI may displace jobs and pose ethical challenges such as social profiling.
