1). Bright broad blue luminescence of rs-ZnO has been observed at 77 and 300 K. The maximum of luminescence is 2.56 eV for 77 K and 2.42 eV for 300 K. The maximum of luminescence is not depend on current (power of excitation) and time decay. The relatively large peaks FWHM can be attributed with nanoscale of grain size in the rs-ZnO, and residual strain in sample after high-pressure synthesis. 2). Band gap of rs-ZnO can be estimated as 2.42±0.06 eV (at 300 K) and 2.56±0.15 eV (at 77 K). The observed temperature coefficient is ―0.63±0.5 meV/K. 3). Luminescence intensity decrease according exponential law with constant τ = 0.75±0.03 mks.
