We present the multicolor photometry of a new object PNV J19150199+0719471 during the superoutburst and decline in June-August of 2013. The telescopes with diameters of mirror of 0.5- and 0.6-m mounted in the Slovakia and Crimea were used for our observations. The detailed light curve for different stages of outburst were obtained and analyzed. The variations of the period and amplitude of superhumps were investigated. The tracks of variable star on the two-colour diagrams were constructed and described. We compared the behavior of the our close binary with the other objects of the WZ Sge- and SU UMa-types.
