Identifying of electric properties of electromagnetic (EM) waves reflective surface based on information extracted from receiving reflected (EM) signal is one of the most important problems in EM theory and practice. The direct problem for calculation of reflected signal properties from plane wave incident to inhomogeneous segment of arbitrary shaped reflective conductive surface is present in presentation. The problem of reflection of a plane 3D electromagnetic wave by an irregular boundary containing a locally inhomogeneous well conducting section is considered. The boundary value problem for the system of Maxwell equations in an infinite section with an irregular boundary is reduced to the solution of systems of singular equations. Knowing the solution to the system of singular integral equations, one can obtain the integral representation for the reflected electromagnetic field and the reflected field pattern in the far zone. A numerical algorithm for their solution is developed. Results of calculation of the currents induced on the irregularity of reflected field patterns are presented for the case of the E polarization.
