Topology of group of transformations and topology of its action are instruments of research interconnection between properties of spaces, their groups of transformations and their actions. We shall speak about spectral decompositions (in sense of E.Shchepin) and homogeneous properties (motivated by results of J.van Mill) of spaces with $d$-open or weakly micro-transitive actions (in sense of F.Ancel).
