Аннотация доклада:
In this study the influence of substitutional atoms on magnetic and magnetotermal properties of Gd5Si2Ge2 based compounds is presented. The perfomed substitutions in the rare-earth and p-sublattices make it possible to make a controllably change of the nature of the magnetic phase transition and the Curie temperature, which influences on the magnitude of the MCE and the region of its highe values. The MCE value was determined by the direct method.
