Аннотация доклада:
We have developed a convenient method for synthesis of earlier unknown 3-(trifluoromethyl)- and 3-(difluoromethyl)-2,1-benzisoxazoles starting from easily available 1-(2-halophenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoro and 1-(2-halophenyl)-2,2-difluoroethanones respectively. We have found that 1-(2-halophenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoro- and 1-(2-halophenyl)-2,2-difluoroethanones reacted with sodium azide in dimethylformamide at 90-105 оС to form 3-(trifluoromethyl)- and 3- (difluoromethyl)-2,1-benzisoxazoles respectively in 50-85% yield.
