Аннотация доклада:
Electrophysiological in vivo experiments were carried out in the CA1 field of the hippocampus (hippocampus is a key structure involved into learning and memory processes). Ferrocenyl phenyl pyrazolyl glycine (compound 1), the first representative of the synthesized series, dose 2.0 mg/kg, solution water-DMSO, an intraperitoneal injection, anaesthetized rats Wistar line. It was found, in the trained group ferrocene compound 1 increased the amplitudes of the focal potentials responses of the CA1 field in comparison with the saline-treated trained rats during the first 60 min after the drug injection (an average increase of 25%, P<0.05).
