The results of the theoretical consideration and two-dimensional particle in cell simulation of the high intense laser pulse interaction with the multi-cluster targets are presented. The counter-play of the laser pulse scattering in the case of relatively low power pulse laser propagating through the cloud of large diameter clusters and the laser pulse self-focusing in the small diameter high density cluster cloud is analyzed. It is demonstrated that both regimes, the scattering and the self-focusing, are accompanied by the laser pulse filamentation at its front part and by the losses of the laser pulse outer part.
