The Monte-Carlo method of description of the pre-equilibrium alpha-particle emission during the non-equilibrium stage of the nuclear reactions is discussed. The model was developed to describe the double differential spectra of secondary particles formed in the heavy ion reactions. Effect of alpha-clustering on the non-equilibrium stage of formation of the compound system is analysed. The de-excitation of the compound nucleus was also simulated by the Monte – Carlo method [1] taking into account fission and gamma-ray emission after equilibration. The neutron, proton and alpha-particle emission was considered for both equilibrium and the pre-equilibrium stages of the reaction. The results of the theoretical calculations are compared with the experimental double differential spectra of p and alpha-particles for the reactions with heavy ions [2].
