We discuss hamiltonianity of a problem about motion of solid body with a fixed point in a particle flow. For a body with random shape this dynamic system is not hamiltonian. But if we add some specific conditions for a body shape and a location of a fixed point we can get hamiltonian system. Examples of a such bodies can be found in papers of Burov A. A. and Karapetyan A. V. There was also shown sufficient conditions for hamiltonianity of such system. We found that these conditions can be replaced by weaker. And these weeker conditions give us the criterion of a hamiltonianity for considered systems.
