https://indico.icranet.org/event/6/contributions/1436/ https://indico.icranet.org/event/6/contributions/ The advent of the Cerenkov Telescope Array (CTA) will increase dramatically the number of detected very-high energy transients and will improve the accuracy of their variability timescale sampling. A number of facilities at lower energies are being designed and developed to guarantee accurate follow-up, identification, and monitoring of the counterparts to the TeV emitters. Within this framework, I will present a project for dedicated observational support of the CTA at radio, infrared and optical wavelengths, to be implemented as part of the "CTA Plus" program funded by the Italian Research Ministry under the EU PNRR aegis.
