Аннотация доклада:
A promising method of forming films with special properties is to nanostructure them during growth. The aim of this work is to investigate the influence of the morphology of thin films on their magnetic properties. In this work, the samples obtained by electron beam evaporation on the Oratorio-9 were studied.
