The program of psychological relaxation at workplaces was elaborated (Leonova, 1993; 1994). It includes a specified for different occupational groups combination of techniques of progressive neuromuscular relaxation, ideomotor training and sensory imagination, elements of autogenic training. An efficiency and practical usability of this program were evaluated in series of empirical studies in different occupational groups (medical doctors, blue-collar workers in microelectronics, operators of high automated systems, pilots and air-traffic controllers, managers). The presentation will be focused on the comparative analysis of these studies. The short video-clips with fragments of multimedia version of the program will be used for a demonstration of modern facilities in organizing self-regulation sessions directly at computerized workplaces.
