As a result of a spectral survey of the region of massive star formation DR21(OH) in the 4-mm wavelength range, emissions from 54 molecules and their isotopologues were found. The detected lines belong both to simple molecules, such as SO and HCO, and to Complex Organic Molecules, such as CH3OH or CH3OCH3. Column densities of all observed molecules were determined. Rotation diagrams were constructed for 9 molecules, with the rotational temperatures of most molecules falling within the range of 7-50 K. We concluded that the bulk of the observed interstellar gas falls in the range of about 30 - 40 K. Based on the rotation diagram for methanol, we assume that the radiation of this molecule arises in two regions, one of which has a temperature of about 300 K and the other is much colder; probably this is the same region where the emission of the most of other molecules arises.
