The constructed model consisted of 5 partial differential equations (of the "reaction-diffusion" type) describing the decomposition of the polymer under the action of hyaluronidases, the diffusion of monomers and their capture by fibroblasts by CD44 receptors, as well as changes in fibroblast proliferation and the expression of hyaluronidases under the action of HA. The integration of the homogenic model (ODE system) was carried out by the LSODA method. The integration of the PDE system was carried out by the finite volume method implemented in VCell software (vcell.org ).
