The talk is about developing theory, algorithms, numerical methods and software packages for solving the inverse problem of geophysics, that is the joint determination of the 3D gravitational and magnetic characteristics of underground geological structures (for example, distributions of the density of matter and its magnetic susceptibility), using a combination of experimental data of gravity and magnetic exploration.
