Аннотация доклада:
The search for novel small molecule scaffolds, rich in sp3 configured centers, and linking units in organic and medicinal chemistry is an ongoing challenge. Saturated heterocycles with greater sp3 character have many advantages in terms of solubility, toxicity and ability to adopt complex structural shapes. Using aza-Cope/Mannich cascade reaction we developed a new route to allow access to cis-fused 1-(3aRS,7aRS)-5-benzyloctahydro-1Hpyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-3a-yl)ethanone.
