The report was devoted to behavior of admixture molecules in structured liquid crystal media. Rotational mobility and orientation distribution of series of nitroxide raducals in different nematic and smectic liquid crystals were analyzed. It was shown that chemically identical admixture molecules can have different rotational and orientation characteristics and hence different localization in liquid crystal matrix. The main rotational axes of probes may not coincide with their axes of inertia. The main orientation axes may not be directed along the molecules. So the basic factor determining the behavior of admixture particles in a structured environment is a quest-host interaction.
