Аннотация доклада:
In this presentation we analyze the conductivity presence and its contribution into ferroelectric characteristics by two methods - following the dielectric response over the wide frequency and temperature range and investigating domain boundaries by ASM – imaging its characteristics. All experiments were carried out on TGS crystals grown in ferroelectric phase. The experimental data on dielectric permittivity are discussing in the frame work of contribution both orientational (Debye model) and translational (Drude model) polarisations into dielectric spectra.
