The technology is based on usage of water fluid as reaction medium for synthesis of fine crystalline oxides. The fine crystalline oxides production with the using of pilot plant has exhibited economic and environmental safety of manufacturing of fine crystalline oxides by this method. Synthesis realizes at temperature in range 380 - 440°C and under pressure of water fluid 10-30 MPa in high-pressure apparatus (reactor, autoclave or gasostat). The simple and complicate oxides with size of crystals from 100 nm to 400 microns were synthesized, par example: quartz, corundum, and zincite, aluminates of alkaline earth and rare earth elements, barium hexaferrite and yttrium-aluminum garnet.
