Аннотация доклада:
We report about measurements of surface and bulk properties of pharmaceutical compacts by three optical modalities. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) and optical profilometry (OP) are suitable to reveal sample roughness, while Mueller polarimetry (MP) is promising for porosity studies.
