The palynological analysis of the middle Jurassic deposits has been carried out for the borehole №16 and №5, which is located in Elektrougli on the west of Moscow region (Russia). 20 samples have been studied from the clays of two boreholes. Only one of them has been contained spores and pollen in sufficient amount. As a result the single palynological assemblage was established. Pollen grains are abundant (over 65% of the total of the assemblage). The grains of Alisporites similis, Alisporites lowoodensis dominates among pollen constituting 22% of the assemblage. It should be noted that a lot of different ancient pollen grains are found Alisporites parvus, Pseudopinus textilis. There is also the pollen genus of Cycadopites (6%), and Sciadopityspollenites mesozoicus(4%). Also a few pollen of Vitreipollenites pallidus, Inaperturopollenites magnus and Ephedripites sp. were rarely met through the section. Besides the pollen, there are some spores (32%). The systematic composition of the spores is various. Spores of Filicopsida are Dicthyophyllidites harrissii, Deltoidospora juncta with affinity to the genera Dicksonia, Leiotriletes magna (de Jersey) Norris 19652, Mattoniasporites phlebopteroides. There are a few spores of Cyatheaceae (Cyathidites minor). Among spores of hygrophilic ferns are represented by Osmundacidites jurassicus, Baculatisporites comaumensis (Cookson 1953) Potonie 1956 Todites minor, and There are various lycopods (5%): Uvaesporites verrucosus (de Jersey 1964) Helby in de Jersey 1971 Densoisporites velatus, Lycopodiumsporites subrotundum and – spores related to Bryophyta Polycingulatisporites crenulatus (- 2%) Playford & Dettmann 1965, which are typical for the Bajoician deposits. The acritarcha are represented by Leiosphaeridia sp.. The quanity of Lycoods and filicopsidathe lake-mire continental conditions of accumulation of the deposits from the studied region. Thus studied palynological assemblage has the Bajocian age. It is interesting to notice. The research was supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Researches, project No 12-04-32178.
