Аннотация доклада:
For any $\gamma\in(0,1)$ we construct a cylindrical cascad over some irratoinal circle rotation with a $\gamma$-H\"{o}lder function, such that Besicovitch's condition holds. This result gives the answer the question of K.˜Fraczek and M.˜Lema\'{n}czyk.
