- Аннотация: The Bachelor Degree paper is written in English and defended in English/. The author got the excellent mark at the public defence for the choice of the topical subject and the minute linguistic aualysis of the author's style in portraying main characters of the novels and for creating an image of a young heroine capable of overcoming difficulties in search for personal happineess and self-realization. Since that time the 'dark' novel as the gothic novel has become associated mainly with Ann Radcliff and her best novels.
