- Аннотация: The relevance of the scientific research of Ignatov S.I. is that the level of development of small business determines the level of development of the economy as a whole. Therefore, the support of small businesses is an important task of the state. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research consists in the development of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for the further development of state support for small businesses. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of using the results of the study and the developed recommendations in order to increase the effectiveness of state support for small businesses. The implementation of the proposed measures will allow the state to increase the effectiveness of its activities in terms of supporting small businesses and expand the potential population of recipients of this support, which in the future will have a positive impact on the development of the economy as a whole. The purpose of the study is to determine the role and importance of state regulation and support of small businesses in Russia. The author managed to fully reveal the problem under consideration and make his own contribution to its study.
