A cooled discharge unit of an apparatuses for processing homogeneous/heterogeneous radioactive wastes with ionexchange resins. The cooled discharge unit has a discharge pipe, a cooling jacket having a U-shaped form in cross section, a collector for feeding a coolant into the jacket, a discharge gate having a pipe, on one end of which is a cone-shaped tip and on the other end of which is a lid with an aperture.
