The process is intensified and the article surface treatment increased during high amplitude cleaning. The article (3) is placed outside the developed cavitation zone (5) in the washing liq. (4) under the stepped concentrator radiating surface. The washing liq. stream (6) flows through channel (2) to the developed cavitation zone (5) in the articles (3) direction at a velocity exceeding the large acoustic currents velocity and carries pulsating bubbles away from the developed cavitation zone in the direction towards the article, thus intensifying the cleaning process. USE-The method is used for articles ultrasonic cleaning. Bul.24/30.6.90.
