The logic element has mutually insulated members i.e. a superconductive screen with two superconductive electrodes coupled by a unidimensional Josephson contact, supply rails and at least one control rail along the Josephson contact above one electrode. At least the electrode (4) above which the control rail (8) is mounted is in the form of a strip located along the Josephson contact (6). The supply rail (9) is connected to this electrode (4) in the region which is spaced (a) form the transverse bridging by the control rail above the electrode and the contact ends. The spacing exceeds the width (h) of the electrode (4) and the penetration depth of the magnetic field into the contact (6).
