1. Способ получения кардиомиоцитарных клеток, заключающийся в том, что выделяют клетки, перемешивают с добавлением раствора в стерильных условиях, полученную суспензию центрифугируют, высевают на куртуральные чашки, культивируют в стандартных условиях (37°С 5% СО2), отличающийся тем, что выделяют клетки из менструальной крови путем отжима гигиенического тампона, получая моноклеарную фракцию эндометрия, перемешивают эту фракцию с добавлением раствора Хэнкса в объеме равном объему осадка и добавлением амфотерицина В и пенициллина/стрептомицина, ценрифугируют в градиенте плотности g=400 cм2/с в течение 30 мин, выделенные моноклеарные клетки формируют в толще фиколла «интерфазное кольцо», высевают на чашки Петри, добавляя полную ростовую среду, культивируют стволовые клетки эндометрия в течении 10-15 дней меняя полную ростовую среду раз в 2 дня, дополнительно осуществляют миогенную дифференцировку стволовых клеток эндометрия в среде, высевая их после 2 пассажа на чашки для культуральных работ, покрытых фибронектином в плотности 1,9 104 кл/мл, добавляя 10 µМ 5-азацитидина и раствор основного фактора роста фибробластов. 2.
