Аннотация:Raman spectra of thermal evaporation amorphous selenium annealed in various fixed temperatures aboveand below the glass transition temperature T g were studied. Presented that in Raman spectra of films annealed below Tg along with vibrational modes 237 and 250 cm-1 appears high-intensity mode 232 cm-1 which is not attributable to vibration of bonds in hexagonal selenium. Mode 143 cm-1 appears in films annealed above Tg which is attributable to hexagonal selenium but intensity of mode 237 cm -1 increases. This features explained by changes in local structures because of variation in concentration ratio between low-temperature and high-temperature modifications of polimorfoids that takes place during annealing.
