Аннотация:The main purpose of the investigation was to establish, how the value system of modern teenagers looks like, as well as the pithy and temporary perspective of their aspirations and wishes, and how it is connected to the type of dominating motivation. Sixty seven students of 10-11th grades have been interrogated (15-16 years of age) in order to reveal the motivation-and-emotional attitude to studies (methods of Ch.Osgud semantic differential and A.D.Andreeva unfinished sentences), value orientations (E.B.Fantalova methods), as well as the temporary perspective (J. Newtten motivation induction method). It has been revealed, that students with the affiliation motivation and the competition motivation are characterized by many purposes in a remote future, without a link to the concrete time of their realization. In their conscience, information about the future is represented in a generalized manner and connected to the status, communicative and affiliation values. Students with cognitive motivation, achievement and prestige motivation are characterized by concrete purposes and plans for the nearest future, which are related to educational achievements, overcoming of obstacles, freedom and self-perfection, as well as status values. Besides, the majority of students of all motivation types are characterized by a reduction of motivation of the real school life.
