Аннотация:In this paper WE discuss for the first time the results of Small-Angle Scattering of X-rays at temperature range 100-300 K for Hg2Cl2 single crystals. We got reproducible picture of rising domain amounts of 1000 A size at temperature range 300-100 K. The Small-Angle peak corresponding 1200A splits at 210 K. At 136K we see the jump of intensity bough of them and completing together. The three-dimensional picture of temperature dependency intensity of Small-Angle Scattering of X-rays shows the common behavior of incommensurate domains in ferroelastics Hg2Cl2. The analysis of Small-Angle Scattering of X-rays at different temperature shows the size and amount of domains in crystal at this temperature.
