Аннотация:The effect of acceleration predominance for plasma electrons in a strongly curved tail-like magnetic field near the lower energy edge of the domain of dynamical chaos is studied. The acceleration is due to stochastic pitch-angle particle scattering resulting in their mean (on the average of bounce period) displacement in the planet-ward direction and due to the action of electrostatic component of quasineutral sheet tearing perturbation. The role of the electromagnetic tearing component is studied. The possibility of restoring of tearing instability and the formation of field-aligned hot plasma flows due to the effect is demonstrated. Its validity for different magnetospheres is discussed.
