Аннотация:This is a review of existing methods of accounting for near-surface heterogeneities in processing of seismic data from West Siberia. The complexity and variability of near-surface conditions requires combination of different methods depending on the survey area and predominant temperature regime. The use of an interactive approach may be efficient to detect heterogeneities, to estimate time shifts from reflection data, and to check the quality of results. The discussion is illustrated by several examples of complex near surfaces in different parts of West Siberia.
