Аннотация:Experimental results of investigations of solid-phase reactions and phase transformations in a Bi/Se nanosized film structure under vacuum-thermal heating are presented. For the first time, nanocrystalline films Bi2Se3, BiSe, and Bi4Se3 were obtained by solid-phase synthesis depending on the ratio of the thicknesses of the Bi and Se layers. The temperatures of the Se, BiSe, and Bi4Se3 nanocrystalline phases formation are determined. The average crystallite sizes of the Bi2Se3, BiSe, and Bi4Se3 films were 21, 23, and 33 nm, respectively.
