Аннотация:Features of crystallization of microstructures to the perovskitelike phase in a lead zirconate titan
ate film are studied using multiple nearIR femtosecond laser pulse radiation. The kinetics of crystallization
is in situ investigated using the secondharmonic generation technique. It is established that the crystalliza
tion is divided into hightemperature ultrafast (explosive) crystallization, which occurs right after the start of
irradiation, and lowtemperature slow (selfinduced) crystallization, which starts after termination of irradi
ation of a strained multilayer structure. The advantages of the secondharmonic generation microscopy in
studying annealed microstructures are demonstrated
