Аннотация:The single administration of STZ leads to the development ofdiabetes after week and the increase of the plasma glucose levels andthe decrease of the body weight compared to control group rats confirmsthis. At present study we found inflammation leads to increase aspontaneous secretion of MC at 2-fold. At the same time the diabetesdoesn´t influence on a spontaneous secretion of MC. The effects of Th(50nM) and APC (10nM) on MC secretion are different at inflammationand diabetes. The proteases induce the raise of MC secretion atinflammation, but at diabetes Th and APC lead to lower the secretionof MC compared to control rats. The analyze of the proteases effectson MC at inflammation and diabetes at the same time shows that theMC´s responses are similar to their response at diabetes alone, whilethe spontaneous secretion is similar to their reactions at inflammation.Thus, the impact of diabetes on the effects of PAR1-agonists is more pronounced with compare to inflammation.
