Аннотация:Using long time oxygen annealing at different temperatures and pressures the influence of oxygen stoichiometry in ReBa2Cu3O7-delta (Re = Y, Tm, 0 <= delta <= 0.55) single crystals were studied. For lower oxygen content larger values of the intrinsic parameters lambda and xi are observed. The influence of oxygen deficiency on the irreversibility field, relaxation rate and "fishtail" feature was analyzed. A universal scaling behavior was found for these characteristics. At high temperatures the shape of the j(H) peak was unaffected by variation of delta, whereas at low T evidence for a delta dependent change of j(H) was observed.
