Аннотация:The influence of oxygen stoichiometry on flux pinning in two YBa2Cu3O7-delta single crystals, differing by pinning strength, was studied using simultaneous oxygen annealing at different temperatures. Both samples showed fishtail peak in high temperature region. In the purer sample it probably originates from oxygen vacancies, whereas in the sample with strong pinning it is induced by impurities. In the intermediate temperature region, the pure sample showed a new second peak with weak temperature and delta dependence. The probable origin of this peak is the matching effect between the vortex lattice and the twin structure in the sample.
