Аннотация:In this report, the nonlinearities are analyzed in fcc-to-bcc (fcc/bcc) population ratio, lattice parameters (a(exp)(fcc)/a(ideal)(fcc) and a(exp)(bcc)/a(ideal)(bcc)) and saturation magnetization (I(S)(obs)/I(S)(a)) of the electrodeposited thin Co-Fe-Ni films as a function of average number of electrons in the alloy (n(e)), which proved to be a convenient way to follow the variation of chemical composition. The enhancement of the saturation magnetization correlated with the nonlinear deformation and connected with a complicated rearrangement of the outer shell electron configurations due to change in composition in a disordered alloy.
