Аннотация:In paper, hybrid samples consist of polymer P3HT and silicon nanoparticles were formed. It was found that the obtained samples represented themselves different size (0.01 – 10 mkm) silicon nanoparticles conglomerate in polymer matrix. It was established that the separation of photoexcited charge carriers in silicon nanocrystals/P3HT samples under illumination can be detected using EPR spectroscopy. It was discovered an influence of technological parameters of nc-Si formation on the efficiency of solar energy conversion by silicon nanocrystals/P3HT structures.
