Аннотация:The results of a comparative study of the optical absorption and photoluminescence in layers of porous silicon, silicon oxides (SiO and SiO2), and powdered silicon are presented. It is found that the position of the absorption-band edge, determined from the data of photoacoustic spectroscopy and from photoluminescence spectra, correlates with the degree of oxidation of the silicon. Differences are detected in the frequency dependences of the photoacoustic signal for the porous silicon samples, depending on the quantum energy of the exciting light.
