- Аннотация: We have analyzed participation and tools of city administration in formation of global city. Global cities are the richest cities and centers of megaregions in the world. In the article we try to reflect and understand why and by what conditions the cities become global, what kinds of key players and which interactions are. On other hand in such cities there are not only the highest qualities of life in the world but also many problems which have to be decided for the city future sustainability.
