Аннотация:The optimal conditions for the realization of the crazing mechanism of PLA fibers are determined. This is a strain rate of no more than 75 %/min and an ethanol content in the water-ethanol mixture of at least 30-40 vol.%. In this case, the value of yield stress decreases by 3-5 times, and the breaking elongation increases to 400-600%. The process of uniaxial stretching of fibers under these conditions is accompanied by the formation of a highly dispersed oriented structure with a pore diameter and fibrils of about 20-30 nm and effective volume porosity up to 60 vol.%. Dyed fibers containing different antiseptic preparations (iodine, brilliant green, brilliant green and fuchsin simultaneously) were obtained by the crazing mechanism. Unlike other methods of obtaining multicomponent materials, crazing allows a very wide range to regulate the dispersion of the filler and the nature of its distribution. The modified fibrous materials obtained in this work are promising for the use in the medicine as the bioresorbable suture materials with a biological activity.
